The funeral of murder victim Kim Butler is due to be held today (Tuesday) almost a fortnight after she was found dead in her Saundersfoot flat.
The mother-of-three died an early-hours attack at her home in the village’s Pennant Avenue on August 13th.
In a tribute Kim's son, 24-year-old Steven Butler, described his mother as a "people's person".
"My mum had such a big heart for everyone,” he said. “If you wanted a shoulder to cry on or just a natter, as long as part of the deal was a cup of coffee, she was all ears.
Steven set up a group to remember his mum on social networking website Facebook. So far the group has over a hundred members and messages of sympathy and support have been left by friends, neighbours, schoolmates and acquaintances.
Steven has been supported and comforted by the Facebook tributes left to his mum.
“The friends of mum and their joyful experiences have made me appreciate who my mum was," he said.
Ms Butler’s funeral will be held at 3.15pm today at Parc Gwyn crematorium, Narberth.
Anyone who would like further information can contact the funeral directors, W. and M. J. Rossiter and Sons, Tenby
