Fire crews were called to two crashes on the A477 yesterday (Monday).
Whitland and Carmarthen crews were called to a crash on the road between St Clears and Llanddowror. One person was taken to hospital by ambulance while fire fighters made the roadway safe.
Later yesterday, at 8.40pm, there was a two vehicle crash on the same road, this time between Redberth and Kilgetty. Fire fighters from Narberth and Tenby attended the collision. Nobody had to be rescued from the vehicles and fire crews cleared the roadway.
One casualty was treated by paramedics at the scene and another was taken to Withybush Hospital.
