Nolton and Roch Community Council The following matters were discussed at the November meeting of the Nolton and Roch Community Council.
Plannings Applications - Council approved the following planning applications NP/08/460 public notice panels - Newgale car park; NP/08/465 extension/adaptions and environmental improvements - Old Farmhouse, Druidstone; 08/0798/PA amendment to and extension of Green Waste Compost site - field at Rogerston Farm, Portfield gate.
Notification of planning applications granted by planning authorities - 08/0519/PA dwelling and garage, Plot 1B Maes Ffynnon, Church Road, Roch; 08/0543/PA grain storage and livestock housing Nolton Cross Farm, Nolton Farm; P/07/5056, holiday units. Nolton Haven Farm, Nolton Haven; NP/08/404 extension Simpson West Farm, Simpson Cross; NP/08/407 conservatory, 28 Folkstone Hill, Nolton Haven' NP/08/411 office, garage and garden store, Nolton Haven Farm, Nolton Haven.
Notification of planning applications refused by planning authorities - 08/0647/PA dwelling and garage land adj to 26 Grassholm Close, Roch; 08/0660/PA proposed dwelling 11 Grassholm Close, Roch.
The council received the audit report of RBO Stoy Hayward for the year 2007/08. Council raised the precept for year 2009/10 by 2.5% (£124) to £5114. Council agreed a donation of £350 for a met post to measure wind speed at Victoria Hall, Roch.
Council received information that prior to any street lights being switched off consultation will take place with the elected county councillor, community council and police or other relevant bodies.
