A car fire in Jeffreyston could have been a lot more serious had it not been for the quick actions of Tenby fire crew.
Fire fighters were called to the incident at 3.42 yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.
The car fire at Woodbine Terrace, opposite the village church, was in close proximity to two LPG tanks.
Fire fighters from Tenby used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. They also averted a potentially hazardous situation by cooling down the LPG tanks to prevent them from igniting.
