A black Suzuki motorbike, worth hundreds of pounds, has been stolen from Talbenny Cross, Haverfordwest.

The bike, registration number GSXR 750 K, had been left temporarily in a layby as it had become unusable. It had a broken right rear view mirror and a bent brake lever.

It was fully secured and police say that the thieves would not have been able to jump on it and ride away, they would have had to transport it on a trailer or in a van.

The theft happened between 5pm and 6pm on Sunday, the time that the Talbenny Rally was in progress.

Anybody with information about the theft should contact PC 227 Norman at Haverfordwest police station on 101.
