Emergency services are currently in Haverfordwest town centre, after a woman fell into the river.
The woman fell near the town's Boots store. Fire fighters, police and paramedics were tasked to the incident.
A member of the public managed to pull the woman from the river and she was assessed by paramedics. She was taken to Withybush Hospital with injuries to her face.
