The Neath man who sustained fatal injuries in a crash on the A4139 in Penally yesterday (Wednesday) has been names as 20-year-old Gavin Collier from the Neath area.
The driver of the car remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Police are appealing for any witnesses, in particular any sightings of the Peugeot vehicle travelling in the area prior to the collision.
