If you like food, you'll love the County Show.

Tickle your tastebuds with fresh local produce; be inspired by cookery demonstrations, and catch up with what's new in the trade.

The Food Hall and Marquee and nearby Organic Food Marquee - a first this year - will be the focus of many events.

Cult, a new yoghurt smoothie drink, will be launched by the Handmade Smoothie Company run by Pembrokeshire farmers, Will Prichard and Jamie Allen.

The smoothie is made entirely from natural Pembrokeshire ingredients, including fresh milk from Will and Jamie's farms in Trecwn and Keeston.

The Food Hall and Marquee will have around 40 stands offering local, Welsh and British produce, from fresh farm meats to home-baked breads, local cheeses, ice-cream, and more.

Chefs will be hosting cookery demonstrations every day of the show on the hour between 11am and 3pm.

Tom Hunt, of Caf Q in Narberth, and Anne Owston, of The George's in Haverfordwest, will be there on Tuesday; Welsh Chef of the Year, Dermott Slade, on Wednesday, and celebrity chef Angela Gray on Wednesday and Thursday.

There'll also be a daily guest spot featuring Will Prichard and Sarah Miller from Radio Pembrokeshire's farming show, South West Agri Food chairman Mike McNamara, and delegates from Pembrokeshire YFC.

Young people are catered for with a special Youth Zone demonstration spot every day - easy recipes with a modern, healthy twist.

Pembrokeshire County Council's updated Food and Drink Directory will be launched at the County Show.

The directory provides a comprehensive, easy-to-follow guide of food and drink producers in the county. It also includes information on retailers, wholesalers and distributors of products.

The fourth Pembrokeshire Produce Mark Awards will also be held at the show.

The authority launched the Produce Mark seven years ago and it offers the county's producers a unique identity in the marketplace.
