Unison members have this morning (Thursday) lobbied Pembrokeshire County Councillors at County Hall over the controversial pay review being imposed by the authority.
Hundreds of staff are said to have lost thousands of pounds in the review, with many of those affected already on the lower pay scales.
Dozens of Unison members took the opportunity to lobby members as they arrived for the full meeting of Pembrokeshire County Council.
Several members have also tabled questions and notices of motion relating to the review which has caused widespread worry and anger among staff.
The meeting has an unprecedented 99 items on the agenda.
