A Solva man is due to be sentenced today (Friday) after admitting child sex offences at Swansea Crown Court last month.
Anthony Richard Heath, aged 59, admitted sexual activity with a girl under the age of 13 during a plea and case management hearing before Judge Paul Thomas.
The court head that Heath, of Maes-yr-Eglwys, had been imprisoned in November, 2013, for unrelated offending and that the latest allegations came to light while he was locked up.
His barrister, Geraint Walters, said it was accepted that a prison sentence for these latest offences was inevitable.
Judge Paul Thomas postponed sentencing until today, Friday November 14, to allow time for a probation officer to prepare a report into Heath’s background.
Heath was remanded in custody until his sentencing today.
He is listed to appear in court four after 2.00pm.
