A Fishguard woman is pounding the pavements and roads of north Pembrokeshire to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support.
Stacey Johns, 31, is participating in Macmillan’s Outrun May campaign and aims fund a Macmillan nurse for one day by running a total of 100 miles.
Stacey has dedicated her run to her father, Norman Maddison, who is currently fighting kidney cancer.
“We have lost many family members to this horrible disease and my dad is fighting right now,” she said. “He told me the other day that he is so lucky to have support and funds, so he doesn't have to worry about these things, but many people do.
“I'm doing this in honour of dad, to raise money for people affected by cancer so they can be supported.”
