A policeman accused of making up a witnesses statement has appeared at Swansea Crown Court.
PC David Norman, 52, allegedly falsified a report and will stand trial for perverting the course of justice.
Norman, who works for Dyfed-Powys Police, denies the charge which is said to have taken place in Milford Haven in January last year.
A jury was sworn in today (Monday) at Swansea Crown Court where Judge Geraint Walters adjourned the case until tomorrow.
The trial is expected to last five days.
PC Norman, from Haverfordwest, was released on conditional bail.
