The body of a woman, recovered from the sea near Milford Haven last month, is believed to be a missing Herefordshire woman, police have said.
Uma Kulkarni, aged 42, went missing from her home on Wednesday, April 3.
It is understood that she was a trainee GP in the Hereford area, having qualified initially in India.
Her car – a bronze coloured Toyota Auris – was found near Aust Services near to the Severn Bridge crossing days later.
A police search near the Severn Bridge and the surrounding area ensued and officers appealed for members of the public to contact them if they had seen the missing 42-year-old.
A body was found in the water off St Anne’s Head, on Wednesday 24 April.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police told the Western Telegraph today (Thursday):

“We are keeping them fully updated.
