High Street, Haverfordwest, has been closed due to a minor road accident.
A police spokesman said the road has been closed after a car rolled backwards, colliding with scaffolding near Barclays Bank.
The spokesman said that it appeared that the handbrake on the vehicle might have failed.
Police and fire services are at the scene due to safety concerns.
No one was injured.
