Friday night rugby round up:
Division Three West A: Llanybydder 20-18 Laugharne
Llanybydder survived a Laugharne fightback and a second half red card to earn a tense win last night.
The home side took control at half time as they led 17-5, with tries from No 8 and captain Richard Davies and centre Arwel Thomas.
Another centre in Steff Richards landed two penalties and a conversion, while prop Dorian Harries buried over to keep the visitors in touch.
But a second half red card to Thomas, his second of the season, changed the momentum and although Richards landed another penalty for Bydder, The Cocklemen came back.
Scrum half Gethin Jones and flanker Rhodri Rees got unconverted tries and centre Tom Jameson added a penalty, but Carl Smith and co had to settle for a bonus point as the home side held on.
Friendly: Tenby 2nds 13-5 Llangwm
These two sides took the chance to get 80 minutes under their belts and it was Tenby's young side who prevailed in a hard fought game.
The Seasiders led just 5-0 at half time, and then both sides added a try each in the second half to round off a worthwhile contest.
Flanker Ryan Hill and No 10 Shane Rossiter had the Tenby tries, with Rossiter also kicking a penalty.
For Llangwm, Joey Lewis had their try, and The Wasps return to league action in two weeks with an away game at Pembroke Dock.
