Three local gymnasts represented Wales at the British tumbling finals at Stoke on Trent.
The gymnasts, Poppy Lewis, Jasmine Raymond and Charlotte Rees - all from Haverfordwest Gymnastics Club, competed at national levels one and two in their respective age groups. Each gymnast had to perform three tumble runs against each of the qualifying areas in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Poppy competed extremely well and tumbled to near perfection, gaining overall second in Great Britain.
She was awarded a medal and a bouquet of flowers to mark her achievement. Jasmine Raymond and Charlotte Rees competed very well and were positioned fourth and eighth respectively, in their age groups.
