LLANGWM returned from the Welsh Sea Rowing Associations annual presentation crowned as ‘Welsh champions’ for the second successive year.
Overall, the club took home an impressive 18 trophies from Aberystwyth.
This season, the men’s crew won the Southern League for the second year running and were overall winners of the Cleddau 12 mile race and Dale marathon.
The ladies won the Southern League and shared joint first in the Welsh Championships.
The mixed crew tasted success at the Cardigan Mermaid race and Newport to Dinas Head race.
The Llangwm veteran crew raced as novices last season and intend to participate again next season.
The overall success of the teams meant the club retained their Welsh crown, and members will be confident of challenging for honours again next year.
