The quarter final line up for the DR Morris Cup is complete after wins for Whitland and Lawrenny these past two nights.

On Tuesday, Pembroke Dock and Narberth booked their spots in the last eight, and Whitland joined them at Pill Parks on Wednesday.

That was thanks to another brilliant century from Geraint Jones, who hit 103 not out as the Borderers passed Llangwm's total of 171 all out.

That score owed much to 34 from the in-form Joe Kiff while Jonathan Venables (25) and Matthew Kiff (17) also had runs - but Nathan Evans (4-25) and Jamie Thomas (3-40) did damage with seven wickets between them, and Dylan Blain (1-39) and Jones (1-25) also bowled well.

Whitland then got home by four wickets as opener Jack Bowen made his usual brisk 26, but it was Jones who played the crucial hand as Luke Brock (2-26), Phil Llewellyn (1-18), Ollie Davies (1-29) and Gary James (1-23) all kept Llangwm in it.

It wasn't as close in Lawrenny as the home team racked up 163-7 in 20 overs.

Opener James Skeels made 27 but it was the middle order pairing of Steve Lewis and Joe Kidney who pushed things on late in the innings, Lewis making 30 and Kidney 38 not out (three fours) while Brennan Devonald (1-13), Robbie Thomas (2-27), Andrew Pawlett (2-39), and Peter Bradshaw (1-40) had wickets.

Tish were shot out for 95 though as only skipper Phil Cockburn made at impression with 24.

Brad McDermott-Jenkins caused havoc with 4-14, Rob Williams took 1-28, Ryan Morton 3-11 and Lewis 2-19.
