Jasmine Thomas David and family would like to sincerely thank all their relatives, friends and neighbours for their support and the lovely flowers, cards, letters and messages that they have received during this very sad time. Special thanks to Helen and Derek, next door neighbours. Grateful thanks to the lovely caring Nurses, also Doctor John of St Thomas Green Surgery. Finally grateful thanks to Glyn Thomas & son Funeral Directors for the professional manner in which they undertook the funeral arrangements. Thank you all.
