A PEMBROKESHIRE artist is celebrating her 70th year with an exhibition looking back over 54 years of creativity.
Andrea Kelland’s retrospective entitled Cloth, Card and Canvas runs at the Ceri Richard’s Gallery, Taliesin Arts Centre, Swansea, runs until Saturday, June 21.
“It covers my earliest paintings aged 14 & 15, then through art school years, through my screen-printing years and Schmocks , flower studies and screen-printed flower cards and then my paintings ever since,” said Andrea.
The exhibition also includes paintings inspired by the work of Dylan Thomas to coincide with the centenary celebrations.
“There should be something for everyone,” said Andrea. “Almost everything is for sale so there won’t be any further chances to buy any of those older works.”
