Being English, I guess some people may think I am an illegal immigrant.
But unlike those working here illegally, I am an English immigrant that is here to work, unlike those who buy a holiday home here and the house remains empty for so many months. Also, I work as I am years from retirement.
I see the Borders Agency acted on a tip off and and found some 2 illegal immigrants (allegedly) working in the Haverfordwest Tandoori in Snowdrop Lane.
Having read several articles of a similar nature in recent months, they seem to have visited several food establishments and struck lucky, so were they acting on a tip off, or just going down a list and going to the next one.
I wonder with the results in previous months, why restaurants are still employing illegal immigrants as it seems they have a good chance of finding them! The fines are quite hefty as well, which should have acted as a deterrrent.
