Conservative peer Howard Flight, apologised for attacking Government welfare cuts which he suggested would encourage the poor to breed more having more children. He has intentionally brought this subject into debate, on behalf of the government,"cuts in child benefits anyone?" Its not your so called elected MPs deciding the cuts, its the same lot that have decided the fate of the Irish economy and all the rest of the floundering... countries globally. We have been financially kettled into debt slavery.
