As I work from home, being self employed, I have the signs up that state no smoking is allowed on the premises, for any visitors who may call, on work business.

The Christian hoteliers who lost their case of discrimination against a gay couple, who they refused to have on their premises is a similar matter.

Once your property becomes a commercial property, you are liable to the laws of the landm which the Bulls seem to think are second to their religious beliefs.

They also said they only allowed married couples to stay there.

I do not recall in 20 years of marriage, being asked to prove the fact in a hotel, by taking a marriage certificate and other ID.

Did the Bulls ever enforce that?

If they dont want a gay couple to share a double bed in their hotel, maybe they should give up the business.

Why should they be allowed to discriminate, when Tesco and most other businesses are happy to take your money, whether you are straight, gay, married, divorced, white, black or whatever....

The Bulls at the end of the day were trying to impose their own personal views (or prejuudices?) in the business that they ran.

Should be interesting if the Bulls take the case to Appeal and no doubt as they are backed by a Christian group, they will.
