What is happening on the streets of Milford Haven, and other towns of Pembrokeshire?

Some days it looks like someone has emptied a pile of rubbish bins onto some of the roads. I cannot believe the amount of mess, it is getting worse by the day. People are discarding fast food wrappings, drinking out of cans and bottles, and then just throwing them onto the ground when empty. Worst still, the pavements are covered in broken bottles, and dog fouling is prolific. What on earth is wrong with these litter louts and lazy pet owners, have they been dragged up. They should be brought to account and prosecuted; they have no respect for the rest of the community. The amount of incidents of spitting is on the increase, what a revolting practice. We are bombarded by foul language from the mouths of young children, teenagers and sadly adults. Throw in the graffiti adorning the bus shelters and public passage ways, and it gives a pretty grim picture of the County, all down to few bad eggs, spoiling the pleasure for the rest of us, fortunate to be living in beautiful Pembrokeshire. We have the laws in place already, they just need enforcing.
