Hi everyone, Ellie here again.

The action I’ve been trying to champion this month is to spend less time in the shower. Spending less time in the shower is a great way of saving energy, water and time!

We all love our showers; however they do gobble up time, especially when we're in a rush.

Why not try a Navy Shower!? People in the Navy spend a lot of time at sea, with a limited amount of water (believe it or not!). For this reason, they have to conserve as much water as possible.

Thinking of giving the Navy shower a go? Here is your step-by-step guide: Step 1. Jump into the shower and turn on the water for thirty seconds to get wet.

Step 2. Turn off shower and lather up, body and hair at the same time.

Step 3. Turn on shower, and wash off all the bubbles.

Step 4. If you use conditioner repeat steps 2 and 3. If not turn off and ship out! (Get it? SHIP out??) I have now enclosed some of things you can look forward to doing with your new found time.

You can now: 1. Have more time for doing makeup.

2. Eat (more) breakfast.

3. Panic about last minute homework.

4. Daydream.

5. Read magazines.

6. Buy some sweets on the way to work/school.

I hope this has motivated you all to spend less time in the shower!
