PEMBROKE’s annual St Michaelmas Fair is to hit town from Thursday, October 10, to Saturday, October 12.
As usual the fair will be held on Main Street. The road will be closed to vehicles on Wednesday, October 9, from 1pm to 10pm (to enable the safe construction of the fair); Thursday, October 10, from 6pm to 11.45pm; Friday, October 12, from 6pm to 11.45pm; and Saturday, October 12, from 2pm to 11.45pm.
If necessary, Main Street will also be closed from 6am to 10.30am on Sunday, October 13, for the fair to be dismantled.
During the road closures, temporary traffic lights will be in operation to allow two-way traffic along Westgate Hill.
