A PLANNING application has been submitted to Pembrokeshire County Council for five one-bedroom flats on the first and second floor of 27, Main Street, above Natwest Bank.

Thread Needle Property has applied for planning permission for change of use from offices and residential to residential only for five flats.

There is currently one two-bedroom flat and one three-bedroom flat on site, and the application is for internal alterations for three additional flats.

All of the flats would be accessed from a central staircase, which links to a courtyard.

The consultation closes on October 16.
