The A40 has now reopened after a crash involving four vehicles closed it earlier today.
The crash took place near the Green Bower Garage in the village of Slebech, between the A4076 (Scotchwell Roundabout) and A4075 / B4314 (Canaston Bridge Roundabout).
A Dyfed Powys Police spokesman said: “Police attended a four vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 12.40pm this afternoon (December 9) on the A40 near Slebech.
The road was closed with one lane reopening at 1.50pm.”
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at 12.43pm to a four-vehicle road traffic collision in the Slebech area of Haverfordwest.
"We sent three emergency ambulances and an ambulance officer to the scene, and two people were taken to Withybush General Hospital."
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service tweeted the following:
