Families wanting more information, or to have their say, on the future of Ysgol Gymunedol Croesgoch are invited to a drop in session this evening.
A consultation was launched last week on whether the school should become a Welsh-medium school.
The school is currently designated as English medium with significant use of Welsh, and it is proposed to increase the level of instruction through the medium of Welsh, so that the school becomes Welsh-medium over time.
A spokesman for Pembrokeshire County Council said that it had been working with local communities to review Welsh-medium education provision across the county, and education provision in the St Davids area.
He added that the work done by officers suggests that there is a case for altering the medium of teaching at Ysgol Gymunedol Croesgoch.
The consultation will be held online at pembrokeshire.gov.uk/haveyoursay where you can find a consultation document and response form.
It will run until Friday April 29th.
There will also be a drop-in session at the school this evening, Wednesday, March 9 between 6.30pm and 8pm.
Parents and other members of the school community are welcome to come and find out more about the consultation, ask questions, and give feedback, etc. They are welcome to contribute in Welsh or English.
