Mr. Jonathan Hugh Rogers Freshwater East The death occurred peacefully at Ashdale Nursing Home, Pembroke on Friday 1st. December of Mr. Jonathan Hugh Rogers of Freshwater East, Pembroke after a long fight in a losing battle to Multiple System Atrophy, an illness he had borne with incredible stoicism and great courage and humour. He was 70. The funeral will take place on Saturday 16th. December with A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving at St. James' Church, Manorbier at 1.00.p.m. Family flowers only please but if desired, donations in lieu in memory of Johnny for The Multiple System Atrophy Trust may be sent to John Roberts & Son, Funeral Directors, 51, Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, SA72 6AN, Tel. 01646 683115, who are carrying out the arrangements.
