POPULAR singer Clive Edwards has hit the right notes for charity.

Clive, the director of Taf Valley Coaches in Whitland, has donated £500 to Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales.

Clive is well known throughout Wales for his vocal talents, and has appeared many times on S4C.

He has been a prolific and innovative charity fundraiser for many years, raising many thousand pounds for worthwhile causes. His latest donation of £500 for Prostate Cymru was raised through his recent musical ventures.

He hosted a popular annual charity weekend in Caernarfon, where hundreds of guests are taken by Taf Valley Coaches company for entertainment and enjoyment.

Clive also organised raffles throughout the year at concerts in which he performed.

The donation was recently presented to Castell Howell’s Brian Jones on behalf of Prostate Cymru at a preliminary meeting of the Carmarthenshire Friends of Prostate Cymru. The group is the newest friendship group of the prostate health charity and aims to support fundraisers and raise awareness in the county of Carmarthenshire. Prostate Cymru works with medical professionals in the fight against all prostate diseases, benign and malignant.
