Fishguard RNLI lifeboat was launched this morning to reports of a vessel in trouble.
The crew of a small sailing boat contacted coastguard HQ shortly after 9am to report that they were experiencing engine troubles some 12 miles out of Fishguard.
Fishguard’s D Class lifeboat, the Blue Peter VII, launched at 9.16am. The crew located the sailing boat and established a tow, bringing her back to safety.
