A Monkton man appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court today (Wednesday) accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault by beating and unlawful violence under sections 3(1) and (7) of the 1986 public order act.
The alleged offences happened at the home of 38-year-old David Anthony Brundrett on November 30th. They involved his ex-partner and her sister. The court heard they originated in a disagreement over a hair cut.
Brundrett, of 22 Tenby Court, Monkton did not enter pleas at this stage.
The case was adjourned until Thursday, December 10th.
Brundrett was released on bail on the condition that he resided with his parents in Carmarthen; did not enter Pembrokeshire apart from court appearances and solicitor's meetings and did not contact the defence witnesses.
