Police are urging homeowners to ensure their sheds are locked up safely, especially in the run up to Christmas.
The warning comes after the shed of an unoccupied property in Redstone Road, Narberth was burgled. Between £200 and £300 of goods were stolen including a Danarm petrol strimmer, a Bosch jigsaw and a green ladies Apollo bike.
The theft happened sometime over the last two weeks, while the owner was away from the property.
Narberth police are reminding the public to make sure that sheds and garages are properly secured, particularly in the run up to Christmas when opportunist thieves could be on the look out for free Christmas presents.
Anyone with information on the theft should contact Narberth police station on 101.
