Dyfed-Powys Police are reminding people not to give personal information over the phone following a recent scam.
This week a Pembrokeshire resident was contacted by someone claiming to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau, stating he could help him pay off debts.
The man who received the call did not have debts, became suspicious and hung up, he then reported the call to police.
"The man did the right thing and did not part with any personal information," said a police spokesman.
