theatre preview: Richard III Mappa Mundi, Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, Friday, February 11th, 7.30pm
Mappa Mundi - renowned for producing accessible interpretations of classic texts - brings Richard III to the Torch Theatre this month.
This new staging of Shakespeare's play will offer audiences an innovative, concise and often irreverent adaptation, guaranteed to entertain.
Richard's reign is portrayed as a period in which nothing is sacred; not on a political, social nor personal level. Richard will stop at nothing, not even at betraying his friends and murdering his kin, in order to become king.
A perfect introduction to Shakespeare, this production offers a fresh adaptation for those familiar with this classic and Shakespeare virgins alike.
Tickets (£10, £8 concessions) from the Torch Theatre box office.
Telegraph Pulse has two pairs of tickets for the production to give away. To win, name the theatre famous for staging Shakespeare's plays.
Send your entry, name and address to Telegraph Pulse, Western Telegraph, Merlins Bridge, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 1XF, by Monday, February 7th. Or e-mail ally.betteley@gwent-wales.co.uk
