Dear Editor, - As retired medical secretaries, we are all very concerned at the potential loss of further gynaecological beds, and object strongly to gynaecological patients being treated in a general ward, or men receiving care in a women's ward.
Waiting lists have not been eradicated at Withybush, and any reduction in any department could exacerbate the situation.
