DEAR EDITOR, - It's not the A40 which is dangerous, it is the 'haven't a minute to live' characters who drive on it.
Let's see what effect the two proposed by-passes have. Who knows, they might cut five minutes or even seven off the journey time between Carmarthen and Haverfordwest.
