Span Arts presents Irish supergroup Kila at the Queens Hall, Narberth, on Saturday, September 24th, as part of the Narberth Food Festival.
Kila (pictured) have a huge repertoire of self-penned tunes, which lean heavily on Irish folk traditions.
Their high-energy live shows have already become the stuff of legend in Ireland and their use of African percussion with lilting Irish tunes has given them the opportunity to play to thousands at WOMAD festivals here, in Australia and Asia.
They comprise only seven members, who play the usual collection of trad Irish instruments - flute, bodhran, uillann pipes as well as bass, drums, guitar and djembe, but somehow manage to generate more volts in one show than many other Irish artists do in a whole year.
They have already played to millions of people in 14 countries and four continents. Doors open at 8pm and tickets cost £12 (£10) from 01834 869323.
