DEAR EDITOR. - Wales might be the most passionate nation about their dogs, according to the Blue Cross Pet Charity's first national pet census, but they certainly wouldn't qualify for being the best at cleaning up their dog's mess if the streets (especially New Street) of St Davids are anything to go by!
