Police, coastguard and lifeboat crews were involved in a search for a missing teen in the early hours of this morning (Friday).
The girl had gone missing in the Tenby area and was believed to be on North Beach, possibly in the water.
Police contacted coastguards, requesting assistance in the search, shortly before 4am.
Tenby inshore lifeboat (ILB) was launched and stood by on North Beach waiting for further instruction.
Tenby coastguard rescue team quickly found the mother, who was out searching for her daughter, in Tenby town centre.
The missing teen was found a short time later, she had returned home and was safe and well.
Search and rescue crews were stood down and the ILB returned to station.
