A cliff-top 'resort' in Pembrokeshire is up for sale with a price tag of around £7.5 million.
Celtic Haven at Lydstep is owned by local businessman Philip Evans, a former Wales Tourist Board chairman.
He has decided to put the luxury 30-acre development on the market ahead of his retirement from the tourist industry.
Celtic Haven stands on the 12th century estate of Lord St David, and as well as 26 cottages has a spa, restaurant and leisure club with nine-hole golf course, tennis courts, a fitness suite and an indoor pool.
Mr Evans created Celtic Haven - which he described as 'a truly iconic cottage resort' in 1999.
He said:
"We were so lucky to have found the cliff top location with the National Park, and the tradesmen capable of working with historic buildings.
"The venture was a great ambition, which took nearly ten years of constant innovation and development to create a really unique resort."
The business is for sale through Knight Frank's hotels and leisure team, where partner Andrew Theobald described it as 'one of the leading holiday cottage resorts in the UK'.
