Children in Need Day takes place on Friday November 19th.
The annual event helps raise millions of pounds for children’s charities and Pembrokeshire residents always do their bit.
However, Pembrokeshire County Council advises people to check with the local authority if they intend to raise money as they might need a permit or permission.
For instance if you are planning to pre-sell raffle tickets, collect money in the street, sell merchandise in the street or stage a musical event in a school or community hall you may require permission.
If you require a temporary event notice for your event on the 19th November the last day for submission is the 4th November, 2010.
To make sure that fundraising goes smoothly, please contact the licensing team at Pembrokeshire County Council for advice.
