A wide range of local food and produce outlets from west Wales have been nominated for the UKTV Local Food Heroes.

Voting is continuing, but the list of food businesses from Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion is still growing.

Those nominated include farm shops, butchers, fishmongers, meat producers, cheesemakers, bakers, delicatessen and specialist shops, preserve makers, tearooms, cafes, restaurants, and pubs.

One of those nominated, Andrew Eastwood, of Yerbeston Gate Farm shop said: "I think it's fantastic that Pembrokeshire people seem to be supporting Pembrokeshire producers and businesses. It's good to be recognised for quality and service."
