THE owner of a family-run café used his hospitality experience to raise £1000 for the charity Prostate Cymru.
Scott Gregory can usually be found working at Caddies Cafe in Freystrop and running an outside catering business, but he still finds time to raise money for good causes.
Scott organised a Buffet and Cabaret Night at Hook Sports and Social Club to collect the impressive donation. The sum includes generous support in the form of match funding from Barclays Bank.
“Scott’s donation and the match funding represents a growing surge of support throughout Pembrokeshire for Prostate Cymru, as people recognise the need to support those in the battle against a cancer that affects one in eight men in Wales,” said John Daniels, Secretary of Pembrokeshire Friends of Prostate Cymru.
