MEMBERS of a young people’s project in Fishguard recently paid a visit to Theatr Gwaun to present a cheque for £1,000.
POINT raised the money by carrying out back packing in the town’s The Co-operative Food store.
The generous donation went towards the community theatre’s new digital projector, which was also funded by the Arts Council of Wales and Collaborative Communities.
Chairman of the Trustees of Theatr Gwaun, Richard Goswell, received the cheque from the youngsters and said he was delighted to see them getting involved in the theatre’s upgrade into the digital age.
