to the latest edition of Pembrokeshire County Living.
This edition comes to you with summer very much
arriving on the shores of our beautiful county.
Pembrokeshire, though beautiful at any time of the year,
really comes into its own when the sun is shining.
There are few things more pleasurable on a long summer afternoon than
a walk on one of our glorious beaches or a stroll along the awe-inspiring
coast path finished off with a pint of beer or a glass of wine and a view of
the sea at one of our many award-winning waterside pubs.
And while the sea has always played an integral role to life in this corner
of Wales, but there is also much more to the county than just the seaside.
There are stunning walks inland, particularly in the northern parks of the
county where the Preseli Hills – the origin of the famous bluestones which
form part of Stonehenge – offer a mystical and magical getaway for visitors.
Summer is when Pembrokeshire really comes into its own.
