Last time it was snow and ice - today it's wind and rain, but the re-arranged Ras Dewi Sant event got underway as planned in St Davids this morning.
First to arrive at The Cross Hotel from around 7am to register were the full coastal Marathon entrants, who were then bussed to Abereiddy for the gruelling 26.2 challenge.
Then at about 9am, the half marathon and 10K participants set off from the Cross Square.
And sure enough, less than an hour later the first finishers arrived home, with Greg Morgan of Ramsey Island declared winner of the 10K race in 50:26.
Seven minutes behind him in second spot was wife Lisa, and the pair duly received their medals with Fintan Godkin and Carwyn Richards, of organisers Man-up UK, and rugby coach pundit Sean Holley waiting for them at the line.
Full report and photos of all three races by Telegraph Sport to come.
