Two people, in the Mitsubishi, have been taken to hospital via air ambulance with what are described as serious injuries.

The two passengers in the Vauxhall have been taken to hospital by ambulance.

“We sent three emergency ambulances and an ambulance officer to the scene, who were supported by two Wales Air Ambulances and doctors from the Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service.

“Two people were airlifted to hospital with serious injuries; a woman to Cardiff’s University Hospital of Wales and a man to Swansea’s Morriston Hospital, and two ‘walking wounded’ patients were taken by land ambulance to Glangwili General Hospital.”
